The perfect place to relax or seek out adventure and explore the beaches and fishing harbour's nearby. Woodland and riverside walks are on the doorstep, and paddle boarding and kayaking are available to hire locally.

The space
Well-appointed and comfortable, with thoughtful touches and simple decor.
Good-sized lounge with 2 new deep-seated double sofas, TV and doors it on to the newly added glass balcony. The balcony makes a fantastic area to relax and enjoy the wonderful views.
The spacious and newly fitted kitchen is well-equipped with new electric hob, oven, microwave, fridge & freezer appliances. Large dining table & chairs.
The Main Bedroom has a king-sized bed with dual aspect windows views over and down the river. So quiet you hear the owls at night.
The Twin Bedroom to the rear of the cottage has 2 single beds. The window looks out over the little lane and pub garden.
The Bathroom has an enamel bath with an electric shower over, underfloor heating and a shaving point, toilet and basin.
Electric heating as there is no mains gas in the village (hence no carbon monoxide alarm).

Free parking is available at the riverside of the cottage.

Other things to note
Cobble Cottage is next to the tidal river so please check the tide times especially on arrival as you may need wellies to enter the cottage.
Getting around
Parking - both outside the cottage and the village car park is free. Make a mental note of the tides as the road to the riverside of the cottage and village carpark occasionally flood on Spring High Tides, the water can come up to the cottage gate- have a chat with the locals if you are unsure, they are very friendly and will let you know.Taxis Service - LocalTrain Station - Lostwithiel 3 miles
