PLACES TO VISIT

Polperro is approximately a 20-minute drive from Lerryn (6.5 miles). The extremely picturesque village and fishing harbour are lovely, but due to their appeal, they become very busy during the Summer months. Parking is not the cheapest, but it is well worth the visit nonetheless.
Charlestown Harbour
Charlestown is approximately 30 minutes drive from Lerryn (10 miles). Historic Charlestown - UNESCO World Heritage Site. Picturesque, Tallships, beautiful beaches, rockpools, galleries, a museum, and a good selection of places to eat. Unsurprisingly, it is used as a film location for period films and TV programmes.
Approximately a 40-minute drive from Lerryn (22 miles). Bustling & picturesque. Quaint little streets with independent shops, restaurants, pubs, and cafes. Traditional working fishing harbour, a walk over to the harbour wall, and you may spot dolphins offshore. Boat excursions are available from here, too.
Gorran Haven is approximately a 45-minute drive from Lerryn (22 Miles). Picturesque beach and fishing harbour.


Portmellon is a small village with a pub and sandy cove.
